This, I have decided, is my REAL, first blog post. This is because I was not truly interested in getting into blogging until now! I have been instructed to use blogging quite often, actually - and I really would like to do it!
The reason for this being: since my "first blog post," I have been increasingly interested in making money online. I had heard of people all over the country being successful at this, yet wasn't sure just how to go about it.
I searched online for programs that could show me how to begin, methods that worked better than others, and physical products I could go about selling. I ruled out eBay and Etsy because, although I can sell my homemade, beaded jewelry on Etsy.com, I really didn't have any tangible product that I could make in large quantities to sell to make a large enough profit for a source of income. It just wasn't reasonable for me.
Then I tried online surveys. Numerous of survey websites claimed that I could make a ton of money by just filling out surveys. However, this took more time than I had ever imagined, and it got me no money by the time I gave up in frustration.
Through the experience with the surveys, I noticed ads about programs you could use to help you make money online using affiliate marketing methods. This seemed interesting and a little more legitimate than everything I had seen so far. But which program to choose?
I ended up signing up for a few of them, and have learned something from each one. I truly believe that not each program is for everyone - you have to find the one that works for you. After a couple of tries, I found the right one.
I have been using My Online Income System, by Kimberly Hoffman, for almost three months now. It is a 60-day program that teaches you just about everything there is to know about affiliate marketing and online home business (I had to take some time off from the program for school finals and the busy holidays!). My method is to take in everything the program teaches me, and learn as much as I can. I jot everything down in a notebook, and keep all of my newly gained information as organized as possible.
On the Internet, I have seen My Online Income System rated the #1 and #2 most effective program out there, helping people to make a steady income online. This is great! I am pretty sure I picked the right one! Have I made any money yet? No, not yet, but I am piecing everything together right now, and the concepts of how affiliate marketing works is becoming much clearer. I understand how everything works together to make you money, and what I need to do to get there.
I don't want to get ahead of myself in excitement, however, and that is why I am not rushing ahead of the 60-day program. I will do everything the system says so that I can make a considerable amount of money online, and maybe (just maybe!) quit at least one of me three, miserable jobs!
