Keeping Weight Off in the New Year

January has arrived, and I can't think of anything I'd rather do than get in shape. For years I have fluctuated with gaining and losing pounds and I have tried many products and diets and work out routines. Exercise is key, I know this; however, it sometimes seems as though the more I exercise, the more my body feels great, yet still don't lose weight! Often I wonder what is wrong with me and why can't I keep the weight off when I finally do lose some?

I have very decent eating habits, and almost never eat chips or drink soda. I'm just not a junk food eater! I have a membership to a local gym that I use and exercise at often, and if I don't go to the gym, I practice pilates to help tone my body a lose a little weight. They're fun! Getting into yoga is my next goal.

The point of this blog is to say that I am sick and tired of worrying so much about my weight and what my body looks like. I want to be so active that I don't even notice I am losing weight, and be happy doing so! So what secrets are out there that I can steal and use for my own body? Is there really a diet pill that will work for me? Do acai berry supplements really work? Body cleansers? Just exactly what is the right recipe or combination of things I should be doing in order to make my body healthier and happier?

I guess you could say my New Year's Resolution is to get rid of the extra poundage and keep off the weight so that I can go into this summer feeling good as new and happy to show off my body.

I have decided to try something that I have found online: Fat Burning Furnace!

We'll see how this goes. This product gives you special techniques that should work with losing weight steadily and efficiently. It also explains why some classic moves (such as crunches and the "fat burning" mode on your exercise bicycle) may not be as affective on your body. Check it out with me! I'm hoping to learn a thing or two about different moves that could help my body!
